Online Glasses/Contact Lens Ordering
Order Glasses or Contact Lens Replacement Online
You may use our Online Lens Replacement form to request a replacement of old, lost or broken lenses. Simply use the online form to begin the process (COMING SOON!). You must be a current patient of Dr. Price to use this option. In some cases you may be required to come in for a follow up appointment to verify your prescription. You will be notified by the office if this is the case.
Order Contact Refills by Email
If you are a patient of Dr. Price, you can send an email to the office requesting a contact lens replacement or refill order. Simply use this email link, and provide your name, a phone number where you can be reached in case of any questions, which eye you are requesting contacts for (Right or Left or Both), and how many you would like to order. Once this email is received, your order will be processed and the office will either call or reply to your email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. Shipping arrangements can also be made at this time.
Order Lens Replacements for Your Glasses by Email
If you are a patient of Dr. Price, you can send an email to the office requesting a lens replacement order for your glasses. Simply use this email link, and provide your name, a phone number where you can be reached in case of any questions, and which lens needs replacement (Right or Left or Both). Once this email is received, your order will be processed and the Optical Shop will either call or reply to your email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. Shipping arrangements can also be made at this time.
Secure Email Options
Dr. Price has arranged with Medem, Inc to allow any of his patients to contact him via the Internet using SECURE email forms. To use this service, you will need to visit Medem.com, and register as a New User. This is a one-time registration process, and allows for easy Log-on in future visits.
Once registered, you can contact Dr. Price via the Medem.com web site to request Prescription Refills, Appointment Scheduling, or general questions about the practice. All this is FREE!
Dr. Price's staff checks this website several times during the course of the work day. All messages sent after hours or on the weekends will be read the following business day. If you have not heard from Dr. Price's office after 24 hours, or if you are experiencing an emergency, contact Dr. Price's office by phone.
